AARCS Elves Campaign

A couple of Santa’s Elves have landed at both AARCS’ Safe Haven and North Haven shelters! Our unexpected guests, Twinkie and Twinkle have a mission it seems… We’re not sure what kind of mischief they’ve got planned, but we can’t help but share our excitement!
