Moderately shy

Meet Pewter! This sweet and petite girl is shy and nervous at first, but opens up more with every passing day! She loves to play and is especially brave if treats are involved.

This sweet girl likes to take things at a slow and quiet pace, but with some space and patience, we have really got to know this cutie’s personality. She loves to play both on her own and with people. She’s not a fan of being picked up/held, but loves accepting pets and chin scratches in her safe space (currently a cat tree cubby). With time, I can see her being more open to affection (she has even snuck into bed with me a few times after I have fallen asleep.) 

She loves to observe and is quite curious once she gets up the courage to explore. Her bravery increases a lot when treats are involved. She is mostly a quiet little lady, until food time when she will talk your ear off! 

She was a dream to give medicine to after recovering from being spayed, so long as it was in her safe space! She does have a heart murmur which at this point does not require any further intervention.
