Cheesecake a cautious but curious bunny! She always wants to see what is going on. She is quite playful- flipping cups and throwing balls with her mouth. She is quite easy to handle and will tolerate being picked up. She will eat greens and hay from your hand. She has the softest mane and body and the most unique coloring. She is also a pro for peeing in her litter box and most of her poop too. She lives with two teenage kids who she does very well with also.

Cheesecake says she can’t wait to meet you and get lots of yummy greens and pets.

Cheesecake had a skin tumor removed and tested while in care. The tests (histopathology) unfortunately showed that this tumor was in fact cancerous and although the lump was removed, it is likely that there are still cancer cells present at a microscopic level, as the tumor margins were not clear. It is possible that the tumor will recur at the original site or that new ones will form at new locations or even in internal organs (liver, lungs, etc).

Potential adopters should be aware that while Cheesecake is currently doing well, the tumor may return and the cancer may ultimately metastasize (spread) causing disease.
