- Tickets will not be sold to any person under the legal age of 18. Should a winning ticket have the name of the minor, the winning ticket is void, the purchaser will receive a refund and we will re-draw for a winner. Only residents of Alberta are eligible to purchase tickets and are only available online, through the www.aarcs.ca website.
- Draws will be executed at Alberta Animal Rescue Crew 5060-74 Avenue SE Calgary AB T2C 3C9
- After each winner is drawn, the winner’s information is recorded, the winning ticket will be re-submitted for all remaining prize draws.
- AARCS Board members, employees, family members or friends who reside at the same address are not eligible to purchase tickets.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
- Winners will be notified by phone within 7 days of being drawn. If winners cannot be reached by phone within 48 hours, they will be notified by email within 7 days of the winning ticket being drawn.
- If a winner cannot be located within 3 months of the winning ticket being drawn, an application will be made to have the prize awarded to Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society.
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Confirmation of ticket purchase and official tickets will be emailed immediately to the purchaser.
- A list of winners will be made available to the public no later than 72 hours after the final draw on AARCS website or upon request.
- Spring Cash Lottery Early Bird deadline is May 11, 2026 and the draw on May 14th, 2026.. Final deadline is June 14, 2026. Remaining prizes will be drawn on June 17, 2026. Draws will be open to the public.
- If less than 50% of the tickets are sold as of May 19th, 2026 a draw date extension may be requested to AGLC.
- There are a total of 11,430 tickets available in the Spring Lottery. A single ticket is $25, three for $65 and five for $100. There are a total of 705,200 tickets available in the 50/50 lottery. Tickets are $10 for one, Four for $25, Twenty for $50 and One Hundred for $100.
- In the event that a ticket is drawn with more than one name on it, the prize will only be awarded to one of the individuals identified on the ticket. AARCS and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between the individuals whose names appear on the ticket.
- All draws will be conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG System) through Trellis.
