She can be a bit shy and reserved at first, and she does best when given time and space to settle in at her own pace. While she may not seek out play right now, Monroe truly shines when she is offered calm, comforting enrichment—especially tasty lickable treats that help her relax and feel safe.

As she begins to feel more secure, Monroe slowly shows her sweeter, more relaxed side and becomes more comfortable in the presence of her caregivers. She is looking for a patient and understanding home that will allow her to build trust gradually without pressure. With kindness, consistency, and a peaceful environment, Monroe has wonderful potential to continue growing in confidence and becoming a more comfortable, content companion!
