Meet Asrai, a tiny, sweet and cuddly cat who thrives on affection and companionship.

AsraiĀ  is a happy, outgoing and friendly cat who loves human company. She enjoys lap time, and she will climb up onto your chest and tuck herself under your chin, all the while kneading and purring. She is also quite playful, and loves to jump and run around and chase wand toys. She has a cute, squeaky meow that she uses occasionally to talk to herself and those around her.Ā  She has a beautiful coat of long dark grey hair that will need regular grooming to keep it tangle free and in top condition.

Asrai is especially fond of cat company, and is very friendly towards the resident cat in her foster home.Ā

Asrai prefers not to spend much time alone – being shut away on her own makes her anxious. But neither is she the kind of cat who needs constant attention. Just being in the same room as her people (and the resident cat) seems to make her happy, and she will chill out and rest for hours just knowing you’re there. She is also the kind of cat who does not like to have the bedroom door closed to her at night. She will be meowing and scrambling at the door all night long until you finally give in and let her sleep with you – in her rightful place, she says!

Because Asrai values companionship so highly, she would do best in a forever home where people are often present and/or where there would be a friendly, playful cat to be her companion and to keep her company while her people are away. That would be ideal, she says!

If you’re looking for a gentle and sweet cat who will truly appreciate all your love and attention and in turn become a loyal and affectionate friend, Asrai may be a perfect choice! 🐾
