Within a day in my foster family’s home, I learned my potty manners by going to the backyard to do my toilet business. By the fourth night, I learned to sleep through the night in my doggy bed which was enclosed within my pen. No whimpering as I felt safe that my foster family is just upstairs sleeping and will show up the next morning. I love playing tag with my teenage foster brother and sister in the backyard, and can’t wait to experience my first walk outside the house!
