Hi! My name is Wilco!

I’m a 4-month-old Husky-Shepherd mix with a goofy personality, endless curiosity, and a serious talent for making people laugh. Life is basically one big adventure, and I’m always ready to play, wrestle, zoom around, or hang out with my dog friends. In fact, if you already have a dog at home, that’s a huge bonus in my book. I absolutely love other dogs and would happily spend hours playing with them.

And here’s something that might surprise you for a young Husky mix: I love cats, too! I’m gentle and respectful with my feline friends and enjoy sharing my space with them. Whether they want to hang out or simply supervise my adventures from across the room, I’m happy to be their buddy.

Now, I should be honest about a few things. Walks? They’re okay. I wouldn’t say they’re my favorite activity. But if one of my dog buddies is coming too, then count me in! Car rides are pretty fun once I’m in the car, although I sometimes need a little encouragement before I hop inside.

I’m doing well with my potty training and usually take care of business outside like a good boy. Sometimes I get so excited about life that I forget to let you know I need to go out, so I’ll need a patient family that’s willing to keep helping me learn.

One thing you should know about me: I LOVE food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, treats—you name it. I even love taking my medicine, which is great because I need it three times a day. After I eat, I need to stay upright for about 10–15 minutes. It sounds like a lot, but honestly, I’m usually pretty cooperative, especially if there are cuddles, pets, or snacks involved.

Speaking of cuddles, I give world-class kisses. Truly. Experts agree. But while I love my people, my heart really belongs to my fellow furry friends. Whether it’s wrestling with another dog or peacefully hanging out with a cat, I’m happiest when I have animal companions around.
