Ferdinand is basically a big, fluffy social butterfly who will personally make sure you never feel ignored again. He’ll tell you (very clearly) when he wants a hug, playtime, or snacks… mostly snacks.

Ferdinand is the kind of cat who needs to be close to his people. Personal space? Never heard of it. He will get your attention by talking to you, sitting next to you, or just staring at you like he has something very important to say (he probably does).

He loves playing both on his own and with you, and yes, he will actually bring you his toys so you can throw them for him (because clearly, that’s your job). He enjoys playing “hunter,” although… let’s just say hiding is not his strongest skill. If he sees something in front of him, he immediately believes he is invisible. Mission failed, but confidence 100%.

He also sees himself as your personal guardian. Expect him to keep an eye on everything (including you) throughout the day.

Ferdinand is very smart and loves mental stimulation. Hide his toys or make him work a little to get them – he’s into that kind of challenge. He sleeps in his own bed like a responsible gentleman.

Oh, and he knows how to open doors. He doesn’t abuse this power… only when he’s bored. So if a door mysteriously opens, it’s probably Ferdinand, not a ghost.
