Teagan is a very sweet girl with a joyful spirit and a heart full of potential. She has been good with other dogs so far and enjoys having canine company, making her a wonderful candidate for a home that appreciates social, playful pups.

This will be Teagan’s first time living in a household, so she is still learning important life skills, including potty training. A home with a yard would be especially helpful for her as she continues to build these routines and gains confidence in a home environment.

One thing Teagan makes very clear is her love for toys! She absolutely adores them and would thrive in a home that can provide plenty of toys to keep her mind engaged and her mouth busy in appropriate ways. With lots of adolescent energy, Teagan is best suited for an active home that enjoys playtime, enrichment, and daily activities to help her burn off energy in healthy, positive ways. Teagan already knows “sit” and is very treat motivated, which makes ongoing training both fun and rewarding. With consistency and positive reinforcement, she is eager to learn and will continue to build on her skills.

Like all young dogs, she will greatly benefit from continued training and socialization, including working on house training, impulse control, and gentle guidance around mouthing. Supervised brain games and chews will be important tools in helping her grow into a well-mannered adult dog. Teagan is looking for a committed home that understands the joys and responsibilities of raising a young, energetic dog.
