About Sonny

Introducing the amazing Sonny!

Sonny is a charming, funny, and absolutely adorable boy with a personality that is sure to win hearts!

When he first arrived in our care, he was a little nervous and needed time to adjust to his new surroundings, but even then he always showed gentle affection toward people. This sweet, food-motivated boy has already picked up on “sit” and is eager to continue learning, making training a fun and rewarding experience. With patience, encouragement, and consistent guidance, Sonny has so much potential to gain confidence and become an even more loving and social companion.

While Sonny is still mastering his leash manners, he is making great progress and would thrive in a home that can help him continue this journey. A yard with a high fence would be ideal, providing him a safe space to relax, play, and burn off energy. Certain sights and sounds can make Sonny a little nervous, so a calm, patient, and understanding approach will help him feel secure and supported.

This playful boy loves his toys and treats and can get a bit jumpy when excited, so gentle guidance will help him refine his manners.

He is also on a special diet for allergies, so a family who can maintain that will help him stay healthy and happy.

Sonny is a goofy, affectionate, and loving boy who enjoys head scratches, cuddles, and just being near the people he trusts. With the right home—one that offers patience, consistency, love, and encouragement—Sonny will flourish. He has so much joy to give, and in return, he will offer endless affection, playful energy, loyalty, and those irresistible silly antics that make him such a special companion.

This wonderful boy is ready to find a family who will give him the time and support he deserves, and in return, he will fill their home with love, laughter, and charm!
