She will need continued guidance to help her with four-on-the-floor manners when she gets excited, as well as leash training since she can be a bit eager on walks. Occasionally, she’s so excited to go outside that she tries to wiggle past her caregivers, so a patient family willing to work on her impulse control will be important. Aster has done well in shelter playgroups with other dogs, so she may enjoy having a canine sibling to romp around with.
