Larry is a gentle, handsome, and well-behaved adult dog. He loves to walk, run and play with his human friend. He gets along well with other smaller breed dogs of his size. But when it is time to nap or relax, he prefers to sit or lay beside his best human friend on the sofa, the bed, or the floor.

He enjoys looking out the window and will alert you to the mail carrier or a delivery at your front door, but he is not a frequent barker and knows how to relax and chill too. He is good in the car, on a leash and is not destructive in the home.

Larry reliably eliminates outside but he will occasionally mark his territory in competition with other male dogs marking inside the home. A belly band can help control marking behaviour indoors. After an extensive dental surgery he only has four teeth left but can eat small kibble, soft food and still enjoys softer chews and treats, especially liver.

He loves attention and affection from his human and will do best with people who are home more than away if he does not have another furry friend in his home to keep him company.
