I came into foster care with 8 of my brothers and sisters, so I am used to other pups around and love to play. I am still growing into my body, so my foster mom says that sometimes I don’t know my own strength. I love other dogs, and I would really thrive in a home with a big high energy dog who can wrestle with me. I’d also go crazy for a big yard of my own. I’ve only met one cat, and he was pretty cool. I don’t think the love was mutual, but that’s ok because I’m a very respectful girl. I’m also very respectful with little dogs who aren’t as big and strong as me. I haven’t met many tiny humans, but if I did I think I would like them.

My foster mom says I’m still working on not getting TOO excited and jumping around. It’s a good thing I’m so smart that I can learn really fast! Speaking of things I’m learning, I already know “sit”, “down” and “touch”. My foster mom said that she taught me all of those in 15 minutes! I don’t know what that is in dog time, but I’m pretty smart. I’m also working on my leash skills and not scaring little critters like birds and bunnies on my walks. I think the bunnies look fun to chase, and don’t understand yet why my foster mom doesn’t like it, but I am very food motivated so I will learn fast. I will do ANYTHING for some chicken.

I love my humans SO much, but that also means that I get so sad when you leave. I’m learning that I get nice things like yummy treats in my crate, and that my humans will come home soon, but it’s still a work in progress. My crate has taught me that foster mom doesn’t love it when I go potty inside the house, but she LOVES it and gets so excited when I do my business outside. I still make a mistake somedays, but mom says I am almost “house trained”. I love food so much that I can get a little nervous if other dogs come near me while I’m eating. I usually prefer to eat my meals and snacks in private like the queen I am.
