Slightly timid

Hi, I’m Dasha, a brown tabby with some sneaky orange markings, showing up on my back and ribbons on my back legs. I may be small in stature, delicate with fine features and short whiskers but hey, I’m a young teenager so may still have some growing to do.  Short whiskers only mean that I can fit into tight spots if I need to but hiding is not in my nature. 

I like to be close to my humans, not really a lap cat but I do need to know where they are most of the time.  I enjoy chin scratches, head, back & tummy rubs.  My foster parents believe that I am a true demure lady who is gracious & polite, calm & patient, especially for my age.  You know teenagers, they can sometimes be difficult and challenging, running around all over the place but not me.  I’m easy going and enjoy the finer things in life, a nice soft cushy bed, a puzzle box to curl up in, laying in the sun and watching the nature channel out our big windows. 

I do enjoy a good game of laser tag and some toys.  Foster Mom thinks that I might just be finding my playful side.  Oh and just finding my voice too – when I have picked up a small toy that needs carrying around.  I do get the zoomies and bursts of energy but nothing too crazy.
