Hello! My name is Lucinda!

I’m a black cat with a heart as big as my beautiful eyes! My journey hasn’t been the easiest – I was living as a stray with my two nearly-grown kittens. A kind stranger took us in for a while, but wasn’t able to keep us long term, so we made our way to AARCS! My babies have found their forever homes, and I’m really hopeful that it’s going to be my turn soon.

I enjoy human affection and petting, but not forever – I’ll let you know when I’ve had enough. I would really appreciate it if you could respect my boundaries! I think I would prefer to live with grown-up humans only, since they tend to be better at listening to my signals.

I’ve obviously lived with other cats (my kittens!) previously and done well, so I might enjoy living with another feline friend. I haven’t met any of those other four legged creatures called dogs.
