About Pia

Introducing Pia, the charming little lady on a quest to find her forever home!

Despite her small stature, Pia’s heart is overflowing with love, just waiting to be shared with a loving family.   Pia is an affectionate soul, eager to shower her future family with endless cuddles and companionship. While she may be a tad touch-sensitive around her collar and back end, she’s making great strides in overcoming this with patience and guidance from her future adopters.

Given her sensitivity, Pia would thrive in a home with older kids who can understand her needs and provide her with the gentle support she requires. Although she’s had some moments of resource guarding in the past, Pia is determined to learn and grow with the help of her new family.

Upon her arrival in our care, Pia was understandably timid and apprehensive. However, she has since blossomed into a more confident and outgoing pup, eagerly anticipating the joy of outdoor adventures! While Pia may be a bit reserved in group settings with other dogs, she simply requires patient introductions to calmer canine companions who can help her feel at ease. With time and understanding, Pia is sure to thrive in the company of furry friends.

An active family would be the perfect match for Pia, as she loves nothing more than to frolic and play to her heart’s content. Although she may get a tad overenthusiastic and jump for joy at times, Pia is eager to learn and improve her behaviour with a family dedicated to her training. To help channel her boundless energy, a secured fenced yard would be an ideal setting for Pia to explore and play freely.

With plenty of playtime and enrichment opportunities, this clever girl is sure to shine in her new home. If you’re ready to welcome a sweet and spirited companion into your life, Pia is eagerly awaiting the chance to fill your home with love and laughter!
