Slightly timid

Hi I am Elvira! My kittens have grown and have all found their furever homes and now it my turn!  Are you my special people?

I have been told that I am a very special lady. I love pets. Lots and lots of pets… belly rubs, ear and chin scratches are great too! I will express how much I love to be petted with my gentle purring. 

Play time is also another of my great passions. I enjoy plush toys and mice, stress balls and springs. I also love to play fetch with my favourite plush toy. When I am in the mood, I will bring my humans one of my favourite toys for them to throw, so I can chase it and bring it back. I love this game. I also like to play in the cat tunnel or just chase one of my toys around the the house. I have been told my play sessions are quite entertaining.

Once I have had a good play session, I like to relax in one of the cat trees and observe the world outside or bathe in the sun and have a good catnap. In the evening, I will stretch out beside you.

I am very good at using the cat scratchers and cat trees around the house and have not scratched the furniture at all. I will let you trim my nails and brush my hair and I have very good litter box habits. I do prefer to have my feet on the ground. As far as feeding time goes, I am a grazer. When breakfast rolls around, I will eat my breakfast, but save some for snacking later. 

I have made friends with the 2 resident cats in my foster home and we all get along great. My foster family has told me that I am very good at coming when I am called. Apparently I do this even better than the other 2 cats!
