Meow! I’m Bagel, the cautious explorer with a heart of gold. Life hasn’t always been easy for me, but I’m learning to embrace the adventure one tiny step at a time.

The start of my journey was pretty rough. I was unsure of where to turn or who to trust. Every sound felt like a looming threat, and every shadow seemed to hide unseen dangers. But then, just when I thought all hope was lost, a ray of light appeared in the form of a kind human who scooped me up and took me under their wing.

Bit by bit, I’m starting to come out of my shell. I’ll peek around corners, curious about the strange sights and sounds that filled my newfound foster home. Sometimes I’ll even muster up the courage to approach outstretched fingers for a tentative sniff or a couple licks of a tube treat.

Sure, there are still lots of moments when fear grips me tight, sending me scrambling for cover at the slightest hint of danger. But I’m getting better every day, learning to trust in the love and care that surrounds me. And who knows? Maybe one day, I’ll be brave enough to conquer even the scariest of shadows. But for now, I’m happy just being me – Bagel, the fearless adventurer in training.

Since I am extremely shy and may never be a cuddly house cat my adoption fee is by donation (minimum $25.00).
