Alfie is a very sweet dog. I am lucky enough to be fostering Alfie for the second time as his first adopters weren’t the right fit for him. Alfie is a very energetic dog who needs lots of exercise. He loves his walks but is learning how to not react to other dogs, It’s a work in progress. He also can run and run forever.

He plays great with my 2 resident dogs. I’ve taken him to a private off leash park and he wouldn’t stop. He loves to play with squeaky toys and is definitely a chewer. He only chews on what he’s supposed to though. He loves to hang around me and will follow me around the house. He knows sit, down and watch and is capable of learning so much more.

He loves his treats which has made him a little chunky so we are working on slimming down. I do not recommend any little creatures in the home with him as he sees them as prey. Alfie has a tremendous amount of love to give and would love to find an active, loving home to call his own.

It’s pretty impossible to say no to those beautiful brown eyes of his. If you’re looking for a fun bundle of sweetness, Alfie is your guy.
