Slightly timid

Hi, My name is Vance and I am a soft bundle of handsomeness.

My coat is noticeably softer than my 2 brothers (Vince and Valley) and I’m getting used to people cuddling me. Humans were a  bit scary when I arrived in foster but I am realizing they’re not so bad after all and will come for cuddles on your knee and even have my belly tickled. I am still scared though if something sudden happens and will run and hide with loud noises. I do love to play though wrestling with my brothers and with anything that moves. Saying that, I’m not as crazy as my brothers having a calmer personality in general.

I have met the resident cats and I’m good with them as long as they don’t bowl me over, then I hiss and run away. But they are very interesting so I creep back and sniff them when they aren’t looking. I want to be friends but it will take some time to trust them. I would love a young cat friend in my new home as I love to play and snooze with my siblings, I don’t want to be by myself.

I recently met the resident dog who is way to excited to meet us for us to play and interact with her fully but I was very interested in her and tried playing with her tail/paws when I got a chance. I was only scared when she was being too lively so I think I would like a dog who is used to cats or who will be gentle with me. They certainly look fun.

I need a quieter home – older kids would be fine but the younger ones would be too noisy and unpredictable. I need to continue to learn people are good so please be around at least in the evenings so I can have my “human play time”

Adopt me today – I’m too handsome not to! xo Vance
