My name is Quaker, and I’m pretty sure I invented the word ‘chill.’ Most cats take a few days to hide under the bed when they move, but not me – I walked into my foster home, took one look around, and decided it was the perfect place for a nap.

I am what you might call a high-level snuggler. If you have a lap, I will be sitting on it. If you are in bed, I am tucked in right next to you. My favorite way to say ‘I love you’ is with an enthusiastic head-butt to let you know I’m ready for more pets! You can even pick me up and hold me for as long as you want. I’m happy just to be in your arms.

I don’t need a long time to ‘come out of my shell’ because I don’t really have one. I’m just ready to be your best friend from day one!

I’m sorry in advance for my morning zoomies. The sun just gets me excited! Once my laps are done, I’ll be looking for attention.

I’m a bit of an over-eager eater and will finish my whole bowl in ten seconds flat, so I need a friend who can help me manage my portions.
