Once he feels safe and comfortable, he becomes very affectionate and loves being around people. He truly enjoys attention and will let you know with his cute, persistent meows until he gets the love (or snacks!) he’s asking for.”

Dasani can be easily startled, especially by sudden movements or attempts to pick him up, and may run off if he feels unsure. However, if you’re calm and relaxed, he’s more than happy to stay nearby and enjoy your company on his own terms. Because of this, he would do best in a patient home that understands his gentle nature and allows him to build trust at his own pace.

He seems to enjoy having people around and would likely do well in a home where he isn’t left alone too often. When he’s not asking for attention, you’ll often find him looking out the window, watching the world go by—one of his favorite activities.

He is very food-motivated, so feeding him in small portions is recommended to keep him healthy and balanced. Treats and mealtime are also a great way to connect with him and continue building trust.

He hasn’t been officially tested with children, dogs, or other cats yet. However, when guests visit, he may be shy at first—but after a while, his curiosity and affectionate side come through, and he’ll come out for pets and attention.
