About Ringo

Ringo is an easy-going, confident little guy with a joyful outlook on life. His ideal day includes eating, playing, and napping—on repeat! He’s a sweet puppy who takes everything in stride and brings a happy presence wherever he goes.

Ringo is a quick learner and already knows sit. He’s doing very well with outdoor potty training (with only rare accidents) and is excellent with crate training—he sleeps through the night and settles easily for regular naps.

He loves playing with his sister Jojo and has the cutest habit of “talking” while he plays, adding extra personality and laughs to his interactions. Ringo also does great with larger dogs in the home and shows himself to be a confident, social pup.

Ringo came into care with a large neck laceration of unknown origin, which has since healed nicely. There is currently a seroma (a fluid pocket) present that is being monitored by the shelter team. Through it all, Ringo has shown himself to be incredibly brave and resilient, healing well and growing into the confident, happy puppy he is today. The injury has not caused any complications, and he continues to live life as a normal, active puppy—this is simply something for his future family to be aware of.

Like all puppies, Ringo is still learning everything—from independence to polite play—and can sometimes forget his manners in true baby-shark fashion. Because of this, he would do best with older children or a home with clear, consistent boundaries to support his continued learning.

Ringo would be a wonderful match for a family looking for a playful puppy who’s already off to an amazing start.

Proof that resilience comes in small, wiggly packages.
