About Dwight
Dwight is a goofy, lovable dude who is ready to fill a home with affection, laughter, and plenty of puppy energy! This big boy is a Great Dane cross, and he’s still growing into his full size, which means he can be a little clumsy at times—but that only adds to his charm. Meeting Dwight is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face, as he loves to come in close for pets, thinks he might just be a lap dog, and showers anyone he trusts with love and cuddles.
Despite his young age, Dwight is already showing off his intelligence. He knows “sit,” has offered his paw a time or two, and is highly motivated by treats, making him a joy to train. With his smarts, Dwight would thrive with enrichment activities, lots of toys, and games that challenge his mind. Like many puppies, he’s still learning his manners, so he can get jumpy or a little mouthy during play—but his quick learning and willingness to please mean he will pick up on training quickly. Dwight is making great progress on his walks, especially now that he has a properly fitted harness, and he would benefit from a family who will continue helping him master leash manners.
As an active, growing puppy, he will need plenty of activity, exercise, and guidance to keep his energy positive and healthy. He will also need support with potty training, impulse control, and socialization, especially with children or other dogs, all of which should be done in a positive and supervised way. This wonderful boy has a huge heart and is overflowing with love and affection. With the right family willing to invest time in his training, activity needs, and social development, Dwight will grow into a loyal, smart, and affectionate companion who brings joy to every day.
He is truly a special puppy looking for a family ready to embrace all the love, laughter, and goofy antics he has to offer!
