Slightly timid

I’m a sweet and gentle princess looking for my forever castle!!!

Hi there! My name is Avery and my foster family tells me I’m a princess! I am a very gentle, loving, petite girl. I just turned 1 year old, so I’m past all of the kitten craziness but still LOVE to play. I especially love to chase the laser! 

I’m very well behaved. I don’t jump up on the counter and I didn’t even try to climb the Christmas tree!

My foster family lets me watch live webcams of cats on TV and I am so curious about those kitties! I got to spend a few days with another cat over Christmas and it went ok, but I need more time to decide if I want to be in a home with another kitty prince or princess. 

I can sometimes be a bit timid and am still not 100% comfortable being picked up but I definitely like being around people. 

When I first arrived at AARCS, I had an ear infection. The vet put me on a special diet as a precautionary measure, just in case I might have allergies. My ear is all cleared up now and they said I might not need a special diet going forward!

When I am tired and need alone time, I sometimes like to take off my tiara and sleep under the bed for a couple of hours until I’m feeling refreshed.
