Fundraise For AARCS

AARCS is often approached by organizations and kind individuals like yourself that are looking to host fundraisers to raise money for AARCS. A Third-Party Fundraiser is defined as any event which is planned, hosted, and staged by someone outside AARCS.
These events are a vital source of income to AARCS, and any amount raised is gratefully received.

PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES

We ask that you do not soley rely on AARCS social media to promote your fundraising initiatives as we focus on our current animals in care, AARCS signature campaigns, and our programs but we will help whenever we can. Please review the following guidelines for helpful hints on promoting your third party fundraiser.

** Requests for AARCS staff/volunteers to be onsite must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to event date**

A Third-Party Fundraiser is defined as any event which is planned, hosted, and staged by someone other than AARCS.

Fundraisers Valued at $499 or Less
  • Your event listed on our website under “Events and Fundraisers” – all digital promotional materials must be provided directly to AARCS, minimum of one week prior to event start date
  • Third Party Fundraising Website (if desired)
  • A Thank You post on AARCS social media with your photo and funds raised (if provided directly to AARCS)
Fundraisers Valued Between $500 & $999
  • Event listed in our volunteer newsletter – all digital promotional materials must be provided directly to AARCS
  • Your event listed on our website under “Events and Fundraisers” – digital promotional materials must be provided directly to AARCS, minimum of one week prior to event start date
  • Third Party Fundraising Website (if desired)
  • Facebook event with AARCS as a co-host – please note that a Facebook event/promotion can only be open for a maximum of two weeks
  • Thank You post on AARCS social media with your photo and funds raised (if provided directly to AARCS)
Fundraisers Valued of $1000 or Greater
  • Your event listed in our general newsletter – all digital promotional materials must be provided directly to AARCS
  • Event information listed on our website under “Events and Fundraisers” – all digital promotional materials must be provided directly to AARCS, minimum of one week prior to event start date
  • Third Party Fundraising Website (if desired)
  • A Facebook event created by AARCS, linking to your website or social channels – please note that a Facebook event/promotion can only be open for a maximum of two weeks – all digital promotional materials must be provided directly to AARCS, minimum of one week prior to event start date 
  • A Facebook/Twitter/Instagram post prior to the event – all digital promotional material must be provided directly to AARCS, minimum of one week prior to event start date 
  • Thank You Letter from AARCS
  • A Thank You post on the AARCS social media with photo and funds raised (if provided directly to AARCS)

THIRD-PARTY FUNDRAISING REQUEST
