Meet Eldis and Caj! These two super sweethearts were rescued from a very challenging environment.  As a result, I have been working very successfully on their socialization. They are now at a point where they have full confidence and trust as other cats I have fostered.

They are not ‘lap, pet me silly’ cats as they are still nervous about being continually petted or touched. I can do that for a short time only before they bolt so still a work in progress.

These sweethearts would be nice for someone or a couple working from home or a senior. They love being around you. They enjoy playing the interactive games with you. They come running into the kitchen to rub up against you or nibble on your foot when they hear you prepping their feeding… so funny!  You call them by name and they come running – they love their treats!

They love looking out the windows and watching the surroundings with the squirrels and birds that play in the trees. To be honest – I have a slight cat allergy.  So this works out great that they are not full out lap cats. I get to really enjoy their wonderful company without having to deal with the allergy symptoms from the cats being all snuggly with you.  It also means less cat hair on the furniture, bedding and clothing—meaning a lot less washing, woo hoo!

They are easy maintenance!
