Pack up your yoga mat and work on your downward dog! 🐶

Beat your Monday Blues at North Haven and AARCS Adoption Centre on Sunday, January 14th and join us for an afternoon of door prizes, lowered adoption fees, yoga classes with puppies and kittens, refreshments, tours and a wonderful relaxing environment!

Yoga classes are generously provided by Yogalife Studios and will be held from:

🐶 1PM – 1:45PM with puppies – SOLD OUT

😺 2PM – 2:45PM with kittens – SOLD OUT
