“Hi! I’m Mike, my foster mom calls me Big Mike because she says I have big energy, I play big and I love big!

I would love an active family that can keep up with me, I like anything that keeps me busy, whether it’s fetch, tug, stuffed toys, puzzle toys, snuffle mats… I want it all! I also enjoy adventures like walks, car rides, and meeting new people/dogs, I can be a bit unsure at first but very brave with some encouragement. Once I’m tuckered out I’m a big cuddle bug or happy to nap in my crate if you are busy.

I’m a typical high energy puppy so require some patience, but my foster mom says I’m very smart, with structure and positive reinforcement I will grow up to be a very good boy. I am great in my crate, I sleep through the night no problem and happy to nap in it during the day as long as I can see someone, but still need more confidence being all alone.

With a routine I am good at potty breaks outside and learning how to use bells on the door, if I feel the urge. Inside I use my puppy pad like a pro. I am pretty jumpy and nippy when I’m excited but my impulse control is getting better every day. Other than that I have mastered some of the basics like sit and stay.
