Just look at this most handsome dude here! This cutie patootie is Coop and he’s looking for his forever home.

Coop came into AARCS care as a stray who is happy to be around and very friendly with the two large resident dogs in his foster home. He also does great around those wild kids (6 and 3 years old). This loveable lug sleeps through the night without a peep and does all his business outside without having even one accident in his foster home so far!

Coop takes his treats politely while sitting so handsomely and patiently, just showing off his mindful manners when it comes to the good stuff. Coop is very food motivated which makes it easy to get his attention and train.

As lovable and sweet as this boy is; it does like some time for him to warm up and trust new people. He’s always friendly when meeting others but will only approach new people when he feels safe. Coops forever home will need to be consistent, patient and kind while they wait for him to feel comfortable and safe. After a few days of understanding the new routine and lifestyle, you’ll see he’s lovable goofiness and enjoy his super special cuddles. Coop loves all kinds of toys, bones, etc. and really enjoys his daily walks!
