Introducing Bernard, the resilient pup with a heart of gold!

Bernard is a beacon of happiness, always wearing a wagging tail and a smile that lights up the room. His active spirit thrives outdoors, where he eagerly embarks on walks and adventures, taking in all the sights and smells the world has to offer (while being mindful of his leg, of course!). But Bernard’s zest for life isn’t limited to outdoor excursions – he’s also a pro at the art of relaxation. There’s nothing he loves more than basking in the warmth of human affection, soaking up every cuddle and pet he can get.

While Bernard is still working on feeling comfortable being left alone at home, he’s making strides with the help of medication and patience. A family who can provide a supportive environment, especially one where someone works from home, would be ideal for him. And with a secured fenced yard to call his own, Bernard can enjoy his favourite pastime of playful romps to his heart’s content. Toys are another one of Bernard’s passions, and he’s always up for a game of fetch or tug-of-war.

His sweet demeanour and lovable personality make him an instant favourite among those who meet him, and he’s sure to bring endless joy and happiness to any family lucky enough to welcome him into their home. Bernard is a boy who is pretty nervous around his fellow doggos.

He is uncomfortable when he sees them out on walks. He would do best as the only dog in the home at this time. He also would do best in a home without small critters, as he is very intrigued by them. With a little patience and a lot of love, Bernard is ready to become the cherished companion he was always meant to be.

Are you ready to open your heart to this resilient and sweet-natured pup? Bernard can’t wait to meet you!
