Moderately shy

Meet Arctic! This shy, handsome boy is slowly decompressing in his foster home with another cat.  When frightened, the two cats will huddle together for comfort and support but when left to their own devices will roam and explore on their own. 

Arctic seems interested in pets but as yet has not asked for them.  When approached, he will crouch low but allows gentle head and chin scratches. He may even lean in when you’ve found a nice spot when scratching.  Arctic does seem to have a playful, adventurous side that can be seen while spying on him with the pet cam.  He has been seen playing with toys, looking out the window and coming in close to investigate the “moving light” (aka camera).

This well mannered boy has excellent litter box etiquette and has been a purrfect gentleman with his roommate.

The ideal home for Arctic would be a quiet one with a patient family that will give him the time he needs to settle in and become the glorious boy we know he is.  If you feel there’s no greater gift than the love of a shy cat, then apply to meet Arctic today!
