About Cito

Dainty and Darling, won’t you come and meet little Cito with the big purr?

Cito has been fostered with 4 other kittens (Cibo, Civis, Dacia, Decorus). She enjoys being part of this group, and seems to be more adventurous and relaxed around her pals. Cito would likely be best around another confident cat, to get (and keep) her out of her shell. At first Cito would lead her humans on a merry chase every time you approached her, with the goal of staying out of your grasp forever. Now, she will move out of your reach, but then wait for you to approach her and pick her up. She is learning that being picked up, held, and cuddled is not bad at all! In fact she purrs a lot when held.

Cito is a tiny little thing, and had the nickname “”bag of bones”” when she first arrived at her foster home. She has been growing and thriving in care, and her coat is getting so much thicker and more beautiful. She has some grey hair mixed in with her black, but I think that’s just a reminder of the rough start she had and how far she’s come. And she’s not reached her full potential yet! A loving forever home would be the icing on the cake for this little cutie pie.

If possible, Cito would like to go to a home with Dacia.
