Cesar is a boy who just wants to give everyone love!

Cesar is good with other dogs and is still learning how to read their signals. He just wants to play and play for forever. Cesar is a young pup who will learn fast. He is learning to walk on leash but he wants to meet anything that moves so we are working on leash manners.

Cesar likes exploring things with his mouth so he is learning what he can and can’t eat. This boy would enjoy a backyard as enjoys lounging about relaxing in the the grass.

Cesar is such a good pup and he can’t wait for his forever home, maybe with a dog sibling. He can be nervous around new noises when walking but as he is around them more he learns they are normal.

This boy is such a love bug!
