“Howdy! Saji is my name and unconditional love is my game.

Not to brag, but my foster mom says I am a joy to have around. She says I am an easy dog because I don’t make messes in the house and sleep all night on my dog bed. I have even been left alone all day and all I do is snooze in the sun and chew my toys.

Speaking of toys, my favourite things are my ball, food, my ball, snuggles and my ball! I am happiest when I have my ball or another chew toy with me. I love to play fetch and am very good at it.

I like to go for walks too but can get pretty excited when I see other dogs. My foster Mom says that other than those couple of minutes of pulling, I am a great dog on leash. I am working on being great ALL the time. I would do best in a home with a fully fenced yard.

I do have some pesky allergies but they have gotten so much better now that I am on my special food.  I also take allergy medicine, but I am a pro at swallowing those right down.  I usually have a bath once a week but I don’t mind those and am very polite about it. The upside is that my coat feels like velvet and I don’t seem to shed at all.

I’m all set to attend the 8 week Leash Reactivity Program through Dogwit Training. To better learn how to cope around other dogs and new environments. While I’m still in school, adopters will be able to continue my progress to help set me up for success!
