Hi! My name is
I’m an Animal in Care at AARCS
Domestic Short Hair
Date of Birth
July 7, 2020
The name’s Cling, and I have made it a top priority to live up to my name! I love being around my foster mom, and often follow her around from room to room rubbing up against her legs with each step. I am super affectionate and LOVE to get belly rubs and pets, and well, if we’re being honest here there’s not much I don’t love. I love food, I love pets and head scratches, and I especially love to play! I try to play with the resident cat here all the time, however she is apparently “too sophisticated” and “not into wrestling” and seems she would rather just nap and watch me play by myself. Doesn’t stop me from trying though!
Since I have so much energy and play for hours every day, I would really love to go to a home with another young playful kitty so I could get all this energy out! My foster mom and the resident cat have been teaching me house manners, and so far I’ve been doing pretty well! I am quickly learning the counters are not for kitties, and I may need the occasional reminder that houseplants are also not for kitties, but can be easily redirected with a toy and some more play time, and I have fully mastered my litterbox etiquette. I am very food motivated and love my food puzzle toy at meal times; I have even started to learn to sit with the help of a clicker and lots of yummy treats, and have potential to be quite a smarty pants!
Are you ready for endless hours of laughter and cuddles? I know I am, so apply today and let’s make it happen!”
