Hi there! My name is Debra, and I’m a two-year-old mama dog who came into rescue with my puppies. I took really good care of them, and now that all of my babies have found their own homes, it’s finally my turn to find a family to love.

I’m a super sweet girl who absolutely loves being petted. If you’re looking for a dog who soaks up affection, that’s me! My favourite game is being chased — especially at a fenced park (while I work on recall), where I recently got to show off just how fast I am. I can run and run and run, and I’m always smiling the whole time!

I’ve got some great manners too:

•       I’m fully housetrained
•       I walk beautifully on leash
•       I get along great with other dogs, including the resident dog in my foster home and all the pups I’ve met on walks and at the park (after proper introductions, of course)!
•       I’m learning basic cues like “Sit” and “Come” and catching on quickly

Toys? I’m still figuring those out. Honestly, I’d much rather you chase me — it’s way more fun!

I’ve met kids 8+ and done well, and I currently live with two dog-savvy cats. So far, we mostly have staring contests (they always win) and I might bark a little, but everyone stays safe and respectful.

I have so much love to give and would be an amazing addition to a kind, loving family. I’ve taken care of everyone else — now I’m ready for someone to take care of me. 🐾💛
