She’s a bit timid at first and can be cautious in new situations, but with patience and a calm environment, she blossoms into a loving companion who truly enjoys human connection. Once she warms up, Paula’s favourite things are soft pets, kind words, and being near the people she trusts.

Paula has been doing great in her foster home. She is house-trained, comfortable in her crate, and walks nicely on a leash—walks are one of her favourite parts of the day! She gets along well with the resident dogs and has been wonderful with children, happily accepting affection and getting excited to see them.

While she hasn’t been tested with cats, she does show some prey drive, so a cat-free home may be best.
