About Margot

Margot is a fun little puppy with lots of energy! ❤️

Hello! My name is Margot and I am an adorable 3 month old girl. I am full of puppy energy but I also like to snuggle so I am the best of both worlds!

Not only am I a pretty girl, but I am also really smart!  I already know how to sit and take treats nicely, I like to play fetch and will bring back the toy or ball most of the time.  I think I could learn lots of tricks.  And you will be happy to know that I sleep in my crate all night long without any accidents – but I do wake up a bit early to go outside!

I am learning that my toys are ok to chew but shoes are not.  I really like that game “Trade Up” when foster mom trades me a toy for something I should not have.  I am a quick learner!

Like all young puppies, I am still working on house training.  If you take me outside and tell me to “go potty” and give me enough time, I will. Like all puppies, this just takes some time and consistency.

There is an older female dog here and even though she tolerates my puppy antics, I am a bit too rambunctious for her. I would love to have a playmate. I will bring them my toys so we can play tug!  There is also a cat that lives here who lets me know I am not allowed to chase her.  I haven’t met any young kids yet but I can get a little silly when I am playing so you will have to make sure that someone can always supervise. The good news is that I am very easily distracted with toys and food.

I still have a lot to learn and it would be great if we could go to puppy classes together where I could become an even better puppy.

Here are my wishes for my forever Home:

Toys!  Lots and lots of toys

Someone to play with me – can be four legged or 2 legged!

Patience – to help me through my puppy stages :🐶

Socialization – I would really like some doggy friends to play with and teach me the ropes of being a perfect adult dog.

Now, the only question is…  Do you think my ears will stand up??

This extra sweet girl is so ready to find her forever home, could that be you. 💕
