Gopher is a beautiful sweet boy, wickedly smart with captivating and hypnotic eyes and the softest fur. He’s a slow moving, calm fellow who oscillates between supreme aloofness and demanding love bug. He enjoys just being in the presence of his people, supervising your every move from his perches or your desk or ahem….your countertops. After he clocks out of his supervisory role he seems to need to retreat to his own quiet space to recharge, meditate and nap.

He enjoys the slow-paced life and is very demanding for attention and affection… but the quiet type… ‘worship me like the Dalai Lama that I am’ type of attention. He enjoys playing with his string toys and balls for short bouts but his with high intelligence, likely needs some puzzle toys and challenging enrichment.

Gopher is an introvert’s dream companion. He has boundaries, demands respect and a calm environment – which makes him more suitable to experienced cat owners, low energy households with no children or older more mature kids; and folks who like spend a lot of time at home giving belly rubs and lap platforms for lengthy kitty naps and sessions of spiritual awakening. Added bonus…he’s an excellent yoga partner!
