Meet Mablee ( affectionately known as Bailey) 💕

Bailey came to us as a very shy and timid girl, but with love and patience, her sweet personality has truly started to shine. Each day she’s growing more confident and curious about the world around her.

She’s a gentle, affectionate companion who loves to stay close to her person and snuggle—especially at bedtime. Her crate is her safe space, and she enjoys having the door open so she can come and go as she pleases. She can be somewhat vocal when left alone and she would be best in a home without attached neighbours.

Bailey is learning quickly! She knows how to sit and shake a paw for treats and is working hard on her house training. She reliably uses pee pads and loves to play tug-of-war or zoom around the house when she’s feeling playful.

Walks are still a work in progress, so she’ll need a patient family willing to help her gain confidence at her own pace. A quieter home would be best for her as she continues to adjust and learn to trust.

Bailey is very gentle and has been around children as young as five, but does better with older kids (8+). She’s also been around dogs of various ages & done well. She just needs a little extra comfort and reassurance when meeting new people or pets.
