Otto is a sweet, silly, and charming little pup who’s ready to find his forever family. Still very young, Otto is experiencing the world with wide-eyed curiosity and a gentle heart. He’s currently being fostered in a home with three dogs and a cat, and he’s been doing great learning how to socialize and build confidence. Otto is on the timid side when meeting new people or experiencing something unfamiliar, but all he needs is a little patience and affection — once he feels safe, he opens up and shows his true, lovable personality.
