Introducing…. the sweet and slightly spicy FLAME!!

Little Flame is a very sweet, spunky little girl who comes out of her shell a bit more each and every day. She’s shy at first and very cautious and prefers to watch the household chaos. If you present her with an outstretched hand, she will sniff your fingers carefully and if she thinks you could be trustworthy then she will head butt your hand, as her way of telling you that she wants scritches and pets, which she absolutely LOVES!  Just do not try to pick her up (that’s where her bit of spice kicks in) and why she should not be around kids or others who may not follow her cues as to where her boundaries are. 

She loves our resident cats and even charmed our very grumpy girl in just a couple of days (a new record I’m sure!) She loves to play – whether on her own, with us humans, or her Uncle Sven and Cousin Sully. She’s very smart and loves to watch through the windows, especially from her new favorite spot – the shelf above our front door. She’s starting to jump up on the couches with us and will sit for a couple minutes (usually when she’s trying to steal food – which honestly is just adorable). She’s well on her way to eventually becoming a lap cat – as after all, that’s the best way to get those pets and scritches that she loves!
