Moderately shy

Hello! My name is Lafonda and I am a very sweet, timid, adorable kitten but I am confident I will find my way into your heart! I prefer to be the kitty to initiate interactions with you and will lay in your lap and happily purr when I feel ready.

My sister’s name is Laquisha, and although we tend to fight (as typical sisters do), I am very close and comfortable with her. One of my favorite places is under a bed, snuggled up with my sister and best friend. I am quieter and more timid than my sister is but I am slowly finding more of my bravery as the time goes by in my foster family’s home.

In my foster family’s home, there are two young children age 6 and under. They show me lots of love and affection and I handle it quite well. There is also a big dog in my house but I am less comfortable around her. Typically, if she comes near me, I run to hide underneath the nearest couch or bed. But possibly, if I had more time, I could grow to make another best friend 🙂
