“My name is Adira and foster mom says I am a sweet, gentle soul!

My family had a really amazing mom who loved her babies very much and kept feeding us long after most moms got tired of their puppies.  At about five weeks we were brought into a wonderful whelping home but a few days ago we went to our own foster homes. I came with my brother Keelan and it was a little scary for the first day but it is a pretty good place with lots of yummy food, toys and a yard to play in so are happy now.

Foster mom keeps taking us outside to go to the bathroom, we think it would be much easier to just go in the house, especially when it is cold outside, but we are trying to make her happy and are getting better at it. I am much bigger than my brother but we are buddies and have a great time playing and sleeping together.

There is another dog in the house and I I have tried to make friends with him but he is rather crabby so I generally leave him alone. I am a little unsure when I meet new people, but get comfortable in a short time and like it when they scratch me and give me goodies. I try to be polite and gentle and foster mom says I do a good job of it.” – xo, Adira
