Carley is a bundle of boundless energy and enthusiasm! At 7 months old, she’s a young and spirited Husky who’s always ready for an adventure!

Carley is wiggly with excitement and has a contagious zest for life. She thrives on high-energy activities like hiking, Canicross, and dog sports, making her an ideal companion for an active family. She loves engaging in rough and tumble play with other dogs, including playful biting and mouth sparring. She absolutely loves playing in the snow and gets snow zoomies!

Racing around with her foster sister. She will help ease your wintertime blues with her enthusiasm. She recently rocked her opportunity as a spotlight in an Adoption Adventure Group Workshop with Trails and Bears. Playing with a variety of dogs, from young puppy to adult. Melting into each person for cuddles and affection. She was an absolute show stopper as hikers stopped to say hi to her and offer her treats for politely sitting and laying down.

Carley is a quick learner, especially when treats are involved, and she’s building her confidence around noisy household appliances like the vacuum, dishwasher, and lawn mower. She’s looking for a home with a fully fenced yard, as she’s a master of agility and enjoys jumping. Enrichment activities, such as food puzzle toys, digging, and cardboard box destruction, keep her engaged and mentally stimulated.

Carley is a work in progress on her manners but is eager to learn and please. She’s excited around cats and small animals, so supervision is a must. Due to her high energy level and exuberance, older children are recommended.

Carley would thrive in a home with experienced Husky owners who understand the breed’s unique needs and energy levels. A family that enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and dog sports would be the perfect match for her. She has been introduced to Agility equipment and to Canicross and runs beautifully in a harness. A fully fenced yard is a must to ensure she can safely burn off her energy.
