Hi! My name is
I’m an Animal in Care at AARCS
Date of Birth
June 23, 2023
I was flown down from the NWT SPCA to escape the wild fires and am very grateful to be hanging with my two dog buddies until I find my furever home. I love meeting people, including medium size and smaller ones that are about my size who I find interesting. I like to chase things, especially the squeaky toys that are on a the end of a rope.
My two dog buddies are teaching me how to live in a house by showing me where to go pee and poop. I still need to be reminded once in a while. I figured out how to use the dog door quickly because I did not want to be left behind.
I have a thick under coat so really like to be cool and can’t wait to run around in the snow. I don’t really like to be left alone, I cry but settle quickly in my crate because I am tired from all the mental and physical stimulation.
I will be your loyal and active companion.” – xo, Bernard
