Slightly timid

Hi there, I’m Hylian! I may be small, but I’ve got the *biggest* heart! Read on to learn more about me..

When I first arrived at my foster home I was a little scared, so I ran and hid in a safe place.. However, once my foster mom found me and gave me a few chin scratches, I decided we were best friends and came out of hiding! That’s when she learned just how friendly and loving I am, as I made sure to purr loudly and give her lots of little head bops on her face. I even met a few other people soon after, who I also thought were kind of scary at first, but once they gave me gentle pets I decided we could be friends too! 

Besides my foster parent, there is a small dog and a cat in my temporary home, both of whom I tried to befriend right away after our initial meeting(s). They were kind of unsure about me walking right up to them so soon after we met, but they’re coming around! The dog will even let me lay with her now on the couch or in bed!! Since I like other animals so much, I think I’d be happiest in a home with another buddy for me, so I hope you have one!

When I’m not hanging out with the resident animals, I enjoy keeping my foster mom’s company while she works, as well as following her around when she moves from place to place. I also like to make my presence known wherever I go, so I often make chirping sounds or meow so everyone knows where I am! Besides that, I quite like chasing toys (I’m pretty quick if I do say so myself), window gazing, and scratching on the scratching posts.. BUT, probably my *most* favourite thing of all is receiving chin scratches and pets from the people around me!
