“Rockie here and I want to tell you I am one lovable guy!

It took me a while to get medically cleared as I needed some dental work, but now I am 100%. I am a big cuddler! I sometimes think I’m a lap dog as I just want to be so close to people. I enjoy going for long walks and don’t tend to pull on leash even though I’m a bigger guy. I love playing in the snow and with toys.

I may need some time to adjust to living in a new home. I would like to be the only dog in the home. I want all of the attention for myself! I am pretty chill for a big dog and don’t always need a ton of exercise. I would really like a yard and lots of room to play.

I’m looking for a family that has Akita experience: we can be aloof and independent by nature, and we enjoy a larger space to live in, which may include a home with securely fenced backyard.
